A poor credit history is normally a sore issue for people who intend to lend a small amount of money for making their income more reliable because many companies wouldn't wish to borrow to a person that has a high possibility for not paying back. Traditional banking institutions normally do an extensive background and credit check on the person and if they find your credit rating not up to scratch, you would definitely not be able to get a loan from them.
